Impacting women's lives through Hope and transforming hearts for Christ.

The vision for Daughters of Hope was established in the heart of Heather while attending bible college in 2011.  Shortly after launching the vision, Mark and Heather were married in 2013 and the Lord had them lay down the vision to build Under the Bridge Ministries to care for the homeless and less fortunate.  During the 12 years of ministering under the bridges, in the streets, in the shelters and 7 of those years in a long-term women's rehabilitation center, Mark and Heather grew in their love and compassion for God's daughters. In 2020, both Mark and Heather were ordained by their Pastors, David and Stephanie Edmondson at Covenant Connections Church in Flowery Branch.  After becoming ordained, they continued their work with Under the Bridge Ministries whole heartedly ministering to and feeding over 17,000 men, women and children throughout North Georgia each year.  In February of 2024, Mark and Heather went on a retreat weekend seeking the Lord and KNEW God was calling them to re-birth the vision of Daughters of Hope.  This time, the Lord planted the vision in Mark's heart as well as Heather's. In May of 2024, they began Arise Nights to minister to hurting women. Very quickly a door was opened to them to build a women's restoration home in Flowery Branch, GA.  Following the Lord's lead, they continued with a profound YES to His plans and door after door began opening. Mark and Heather carry the heart of the Father for FAMILIES.  They are committed to helping women see their value and worth as God's daughters and pastoring each one of them into the promised restoration that Jesus Christ came to give.  Mark and Heather are not only very active in their community but also in their local church where they lead families every Tuesday night in intercessory prayer for the family unit that God established from the foundation of this earth, believing God to restore all that has been lost in the lives of every family in their church, community, nation and the world.
